Terms and Conditions

Self-Paced Learning

Participants / Trainees are self-selected or selected by their manager in their organisation. MES does not participate in client selection processes. Our self-paced learning modules are completed remotely. To obtain the course materials, organisations, participants and or trainees must register and pre-pay online. Whilst organisations may freely distribute content from the courses, payment must be received for each person who completes the written examination and requires a certificate of Attainment.

Course Information

Detailed course information is provided on our website, on request and in the course outline and learning program in the participant’s / learner’s learning materials.

Fees

The MES fee structure has been set by assessing comparative courses available on the market. All Training courses excludes GST.

Refunds Self-Paced Learning

If a client is not satisfied with the quality of the course content for substantiated reasons, every effort will be made to satisfy the client which may include a review of the course materials. No refunds will be given if a participant/trainee fails the assessment component of the course, however, every effort will be made by MES to assist the participant/trainee to gain attainment.

Refunds Products

A full refund will be given to any client who receives a product purchased on our online store that is faulty. This does not include damage caused to goods in transit.

Client Support

MES provides ongoing support to all participants/Trainees as required. Participants/Trainees should contact their trainer in the first instance. On-the-job support is provided by the participants/Trainee's manager or organisation. On-site support may be provided by MES at a negotiated cost.
