The Tracerco™ PED2-IS ER is an intrinsically safe personal dosimeter with enhanced connectivity and tracking features, designed for use in hazardous and potentially explosive environments. It combines the safety of the PED2-IS ER with added GPS and Bluetooth functionality for improved monitoring and data management.

PlumeSIM compatible
PED+ SIM is compatible with PlumeSIM™, Argon’s proven Live Field and Tabletop CBRN exercise system. PlumeSIM™ enables real time instrumented wide area tactical field and nuclear / HazMat / Chemical Warfare emergency response exercises to be conducted using single or multiple simulation device types that respond in the real time to simulated hazards.
Simulated sensitivity enables the Tracerco™ PED+ SIM to detect the Radsim™ GS4 simulation Gamma source at a free space distance of typically 200 feet (60 metres) distance line of sight.
Low cost of ownership
No preventative maintenance, calibration or consumables are required ensuring whole life cost of ownership is minimal, expensive damage to real detectors is avoided and operational readiness is maintained.
The Tracerco™ personal electronic dosimeter (PED+) simulator (SIM) responds to Radsim™ electromagnetic sources that safely simulate ionising radiation eliminating regulatory, environmental, and health and safety restrictions associated with real sources. The simulation sources can be used in the open or within buildings.
The look, feel and response of the PED+ training simulator is extremely close to the actual detector. Even the effect of user body shielding to determine source position is realistically simulated ensuring survey teams understand what to do when that emergency comes.
High impact training fidelity
To enable the ultimate training experience, all user interface components (display, switch panel, sounder and vibrator) are exactly the same as the real detector. Response speed and characteristics are very similar to the real detector permitting realistic source search / find training to be provided.
Consistent and repeatable
Powerful proprietary signal processing ensures simulated readings are repeatable each time students revisit the same scenario location and also ensure the readings observed on different simulators are within the accepted tolerances of actual detectors; all contributing to the provision of high-quality training.

This charger dock enables connection of multiple PEDs enabling simultaneous charging of up to 12 PED devices. Suitable for use with the PED Blue, PED+, PED ER and PED ER+, this multi-Charger Dock is mains powered, supplied through a suitable IEC C13 Cable.
This desktop dock enables charging and connection to DoseVision software to transfer dose data from PED to PC. The docks are connected via a USB cable, and are suitable only for use with the T404 PED IS. Please note, these docks are not for use in hazardous areas – charging and data transfer should only be carried out in safe areas.
